Strategic Enrollment Management & How it Can Benefit Your Institution
Many colleges have heard the term Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) and heard about it on your campus. Historically, SEM focused on Student Services such as admissions, financial aid, student government, and marketing. However, SEM has a role in every aspect of the institution, including Workforce Continuing Education. As such, the System established a SEM task force to assist colleges with identifying strategies to accomplish enrollment outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and building a holistic framework to reach the college’s goals. This session will be an open dialogue regarding strategic enrollment management and how the System Office and SEM Taskforce can help you explore SEM from your institution’s perspective.
